I'm excited

I live in the Florida Panhandle--cold in the 30's today! I'm a nurse in a psychiatric unit and do a lot of mixed media stuff trying to bring my focus back to fiber!
I have just dabbled with beading in my work and jumped at the opportunity to join this as I have been wanting to do a journal a month. I plan to use a small size so not to be overwhelmed and have each month reflect my feelings or experiences from that month. I'm thinking of a 5x7 size and making a book
I have been busy looking at every ones blogs. I don't have a blog, but a flickr account here http://www.flickr.com/photos/craftirn
It wonderful to be a part of this group and watch as the year progresses!

Hi and welcome, Barb! I'm so glad you joined the BJP and are planning to use it as a place to journal your feelings and experiences. This is what I had in mind when I started the project three years ago... Other uses of the BJP are wonderful too, but personally, I'm always drawn to the journals! Robin A.
