Im going crazy!

Does anyone know what size beading needle I need for micro bugle beads? (and where to get one!) They are so tiny, Im almost tempted to just string them onto the thread by hand but...... thats really crazy!http://unnur-threadpaintandbeads.blogspot.com/

How tiny do you mean??? You could try a size 13 needle. They can get through anything & multiple times, but they are very hard to thread & break easy

I use a size 12 applique needle for size 15 seeds and size 1 japanese bugles. I don't know if the micro ones are smaller, but you could try it. I believe that I've used Piecemaker's and Clover needles. The eye of the needle is very small, but the Clover double-ended needlethreader works quite well. - Anne Marie

Yes, the Beadcats needles will probably work fine. However, their eyes are so small that you will also need smaller thread. Use size 00 Nymo or even 000 Nymo. I'd use the thread double for this, although normally I only use single thread. Beadcats is on line, but you have to place your order by email (no shopping cart). Here is the catalog page with the needles... scroll to bottom for size 16 needles.
