Hi Everyone!

This is my first time with the BJP and I am very excited. I have changed my mind many times about what I want to do and the start is only days away, and I still don't have a theme. The reason I joined was to help me focus on bead embroidery. I'm looking forward to this challenge, and following everyone's progress. Gale (RedChili)

Hi Gale... aka RedChili!!! Welcome on board... You don't really need to worry about a theme... Just try out the idea that seems the most compelling on the day you start your January piece. From there you can change anything but the size for the following months... Try it all... Have fun!!!! I look forward to seeing anything you make!!! Robin A.

Thanks for the encouragement, Robin. I have been reading your books and feel I know you, particularly that you have had the same feelings about creating that I am now experiencing.

Carol -- I took my blog down because I couldn't keep it up, but it still out there in internet land. I think I can start it up again. Thanks for the welcome, I'm looking forward to being a part of this project!

Hi Gale .. RedChili,
If your blog is on blogger it's probably pretty easy to revive. I was surprised that mine, although I thought I eliminated it last year, was sitting there ready to go!!
Happy to have you join the project! What's the connection to RedChili??

Hi Vicki -- Thanks for the info about blogs, I still have to check it out. As for RedChili -- I like spicy food and several years ago I bought a red truck and friends convinced me to get personalized plates that said RedChili, and it's stuck with me ever since. Gale
